I have never been a massive fan of war movies because of all the distracting explosions and chaotic nature of war. However, this film was shot in a way that lets you follow the main characters in a very immersive way, almost like you're sharing the journey with them. Distractions are there obviously but this film captures the chaos and makes you feel like you're part of it. If I had to compare the cinematography to something (and certainly not to undermine it at all) I would compare it to a 'call of duty' game because it's filmed in a first person style way. This has been done before with others film titles but never quite so elegantly in my opinion.
Overall the visuals were stunning, the acting was excellent and the true story was mind-blowing. A masterful film with a 9 out of 10 rating from me - a must see.

The soundtrack and scene scheduling are shocking, and there are several scenes like dreams. I am also very vulnerable recently, crying when I see anything. Thing about war movies is that there is no need for conversation to happen. Not everything must be explained in words.
